Use of the App

WardrobeMind is provided to help you organize clothing, closet spaces, outfits, and wear history. You are responsible for the information you add and how you use it.

Free and Premium Features

WardrobeMind may offer both free and paid features. The free version may include limits, such as a limit on the number of clothing items. Premium features may include unlimited wardrobe items, outfit suggestions, and closet analytics.

In-App Purchases

Premium access is offered as an in-app purchase through Apple. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms, payment rules, and refund policies. WardrobeMind does not process payment card information directly.

One-Time Purchase

If Premium is offered as a one-time purchase, it unlocks the Premium features described in the app for the supported version of WardrobeMind. Future features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the wardrobe information, photos, notes, and other content you add to WardrobeMind. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos or content you add.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse WardrobeMind, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where legally permitted, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of WardrobeMind at any time. Some features may depend on device permissions, iOS capabilities, or Apple services.

No Professional Advice

WardrobeMind may provide outfit suggestions and wardrobe insights. These suggestions are for convenience and personal organization only.

Disclaimer

WardrobeMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WardrobeMind and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using WardrobeMind at any time. We may restrict access to features if these terms are violated or if required by law or platform rules.
